Cancelling Subscriptions

In App Subscriptions

If you subscribed for Premium access directly through the app you can cancel your subscription by going to the Premium screen clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button. You can cancel and manage your subscriptions by going to your App Store account setting after purchase.

Subscriptions Through Sweatcoin and Miles

If you subscribed through Sweatcoin or Miles and wish to cancel your Premium access subscription please send us an email at contact@inlivo.com.

You can cancel your recurring subscription anytime before your next bill date, and there are no cancellation fees. Most subscriptions are recurring unless you purchased a lifetime plan. Please note that if you have already been charged for the next billing cycle, we cannot refund you for the subscription.
